I'M HAYLEY
I am a Certified Career, Life & Business coach who specializes in Career Clarity.
I am based in Kruger National Park, surrounded by nature & wildlife.
I consider myself a serial entrepreneur with multiple business, all aligned with my values. I have built a successful brand ''Wild Dreams'' & am a 6-figure business owner as a result.
I am also a Co-Founder of a global non-profit.
I love having an impactful career where I can give back & help others to have a life of fulfilment & purpose.
MY STORY
I believe that many of us find ourselves in our careers unexpectedly, then suddenly its 25 years later & you wonder what happened! This is exactly what happened to me.
My entry to the hospitality industry full-time at 15 years old wasn't one of clarity, but fast-forward a few years & I found my passion for nature & wildlife on a holiday in South Africa. I decided to up route my life & combine my newfound passion with my existing skills & experience & I became one of the first female field guides in the Kruger region.
My role progressed into lodge management & for 10+ years now I have rehabilitated wild animals which eventually saw me open my first business to make some additional money to support this passion. It wasnt long before I understood that my compassion extended from animals to all beings & I was helping people on their hospitality career path through my business, which eventually progressed into the brand that it is today.
In the last few years I further combined my values with my career & became a co-founder of a global vegan non-profit & I currently juggle this with my career & business coaching helping people to also find a career that is aligned with their values & long-term vision.
