General Refund Window:

• Refunds are only available if less than 3 modules of the course has been accessed or completed.
  
  
• We may ask for a brief reason (not to challenge your request, but to improve our services).
  
  

Self-Paced Digital Products:

• Due to the instant access nature of our content, we cannot offer refunds if more than 3 modules have been completed.
  
  
• Downloads (PDFs, templates, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed.
  
  

Lodge Management Waitlist

• By joining the waitlist, you will not be charged until enrollment officially opens.

• Our courses are created with our signature tried and tested methods to get results, we however can not guarantee any results, but we would suggest taking the time to do all modules, all innerwork and tasks and taking real time to reflect on your experience.
