This course is led by Hayley and Dom, who together bring over 34 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Their careers span multiple departments and sectors, with the majority of their time spent in senior management roles within luxury safari lodges. Hayley is currently a manager of a five-star luxury lodge in the Timbavati, while Dom’s most recent role before joining Wild Dreams as Business Development Manager was in lodge management in the Sabi Sands. Hospitality is not just an industry they work in—it is the foundation of their entire careers. Between them, they have created multiple online courses, e-books and training resources, with Hayley also being a serial entrepreneur who has founded several hospitality-focused businesses and a non-profit, and Dom bringing a strong focus on social impact within the sector. This course has been a true labour of love, developed over nearly a year, and is grounded in real-world experience, practical insight, and a deep commitment to raising standards within the hospitality industry.
