Who you will be hearing from

Hi, I’m Hayley.
I started out as a 16 year old waitress with no plan at all. Twenty-five years later, I have managed a lodge in the Greater Kruger (elephants in the garden included), built a team I am so proud of and found the work that truly lights me up: coaching. My own career was never a straight line, so I know exactly how it feels to wonder where the time went. I would love to help you find clarity and confidence, one step at a time.
